Geny & Matt – Our First Album is Launching On October 24th!

As many of you already know, Geny & Matt is a duo that loves to explore the space between alternative, folk, and pop influences, creating music that feels both intimate and unifying. Since the very beginning, we’ve been blending genres, playing with sonic textures, and telling stories meant to resonate both on stage and through your headphones, or at least, that’s what we hope. 

This album first took root back in 2019, just before the pandemic. We had the chance to develop it in the studio with our dear friend and longtime collaborator Matteo Pellegrini, who also produced Les Découvertes de Geny & Matt. Joining us on this journey are two trusted musicians who’ve been part of our story for years: Philippe Legentil on drums (with whom Geny performed in The Funk Keys) and Adam Clarke (Matt’s bandmate from AA Meeting).

This album is a reflection of enduring musical friendships, a shared creative vision, and a desire to push the boundaries between genres. And most of all, it would never have seen the light of day without you. Thanks to the incredible support of our Patreon subscribers, we were able to bring this heartfelt project to life. Your trust and encouragement have been our driving force, and we can’t wait to finally share it with you.
